The 2016-2017 school year marks my 17th year as an Educator, and my 6th year in Elcho. Even though people say I never look excited, but I come to work excited to be a part this community school. I appreciate our dedicated staff members, supportive community, and great students!
I grew up in Wisconsin Rapids and attended the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, where I majored in Community Development and Physical Geography as well as Broadfield Social Science. I began my teaching career in New Holstein, where for eleven years I taught High School Social Studies while coaching/advising a variety of athletics and extracurricular activities. While teaching I served in a number of District leadership positions which led me to continue my education at Marian University. Upon receiving my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership I came here to Elcho.
When I am not at school I enjoy traveling, photography and spending time outdoors with my wife and son. Living in the northwoods has allowed me to spend more time hiking, hunting and snowmobiling.
I am honored to be a Principal in the Elcho School District, and look forward to the opportunities, challenges and celebrations each school year brings. I invite you to contact me with any questions or concerns at 715-275-3225 or via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
