Zumba Gold Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4:00pm in Room 201 and 5:15pm in the school cafeteria
Saturdays: 9:00am in school cafeteria
Classes are $5.00/each or purchase a punch card for greater value. 

Whatta Workout Wednesdays: 
Wednesdays - 4:30pm in the school cafeteria. In circuit set-up, participants perform exercises for a period of time (20 seconds), followed by a period of rest (10 seconds). This is the best regimen to improve balance, strength and cardio endurance needed for activities for daily living. Progressions and regressions will be provided to best meet your fitness needs.

Yoga with Keelin:
The first and third Monday of each month, 5:00pm in the school library.  All sessions are $5.00.  Yoga mats and blocks are available.  Feel free to bring your own.  Bring your own water.  Click on Fitness Calendar link above for exact dates.
